Delivery & Return Policy

Conditions for Returns

  1. The product must be unused, products may be tried on to see if the item fits. This will still be considered as unworn.
  2. The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, invoice and accessories.
  3. The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in box, the same packaging/box should be returned. Do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging / box.

NOTE: It is important to indicate the Order Number and Return Tracking Number on your return package to avoid any inconvenience/delay in your return process.

Returns Policy per Category

Please note that certain items marked as non-returnable on the product page are not eligible for return. Below is a list of non-returnable products for your reference:

Digital Goods Digital goods are any goods which are stored, delivered and used in its electronic format. In this category, Mobile Top Ups and Utility Payments are non-returnable once purchased and delivered, unless it is not of satisfactory quality, fit for the purpose as described by the seller. Kindly contact us within 24 hours of delivery for issues.

 

Return and Refund Policy

  • Period : M power Stores  must be informed within 3 days for Electronics  brands  of receiving the item to be eligible for return.
  • Item must be in the original packaging with tags intact in the same condition it was delivered in.
  • Items returned after the Return Period has lapsed will not be accepted.
  • Our customers’ safety is of utmost importance, and we take hygiene very seriously.
  • Items to be returned are the sole responsibility of the customer until they reach us, and customer needs to ensure items are properly packed to prevent any damages end route to us. Items damaged end route will not be accepted.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure proof of postage for parcels that contain items to be returned.
  • Upon receiving a return request, M Power Stores  will require minimum 03-04 working days to process your request and obtain approval to issue a replacement unit.
  • M Power Stores will require minimum 05-07 business days to process your return request and prepare the replacement unit.

Refund policy:

  • If a replacement unit for the size/specific model is no longer available, the customer will be issued a full refund. The refund will not include any delivery charges borne by the customer for return of item.
  • All refunds will be processed within 03-05 working days. Processing refunds back to your credit card/ bank account may require additional time depending on the bank due to its own operational time for which M Power Stores will not be responsible.
  • In the event of purchasing an AC unit with low capacity, the consumer is only eligible for a credit note for the amount of their purchase or they can switch to a unit with a higher capacity. M Power Stores will not be issuing refunds for these cases.
  • Customers can use the BTU calculator when purchasing AC to calculate the exact capacity that best suits their needs by providing an exact measurement of the site, or they can call 3for further assistance.
  • The total warranty and the comprehensive warranty will not apply if an under-capacity air conditioner is purchased.
  • All manufacturing and material defects that require repair or return must be informed and returned to M Power Stores within the warranty period of 30 days. Any repair or return that failed to be reported or returned within the specified time frame will not be accepted or refunded.
  •  Refunds will not be provided for change of mind. All sales are final. Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances as outlined in our policy.

The prices for all the items mentioned on M power stores are the final and last prices of sale via online means.

Note :- If you cancel your order, or return a product due to a manufacturing defect any sum debited by us to your credit/debit card will be refunded in full. We will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 days of you cancelling your order. The refunds which we process via the Credit card Internet Payment Gateway will take up to 2 weeks at bank’s end to be processed and reflect in your card statement.

Replacements
  • Any damages or product fault identified after delivery, should be informed via an email within 24 hours of delivery to mpowerholdingspvt@gmail.com  with the order NO.  (Customer must attach supportive photos)
  •   If a product issue is discovered after 07 days, mpowerholdingspvt@gmail.com  must be     informed   within the product’s warranty period to be eligible for replacement or repair.
  • The   customer will be notified within 03 (Minimum) and Maximum of 18 working days whether they   are eligible for repair or replacement.
  •  M Power Holdings Pvt Ltd is not obligated to provide a new unit as a replacement unless       there is an issue with the old unit or it can be repaired.
